I hope everyone is doing well. Here at the Montrose Health Center in the Dietary Department we are changing to our Fall/Winter menus, and they look absolutely amazing! We will have lots of different things. We will be serving some new soups. The one that caught my eye was Corned Beef and Vegetable Soup served with some fresh bake Irish Soda Bread. Another recipe that caught my eye was Maple Balsamic Pork Loin and it’s served with Sweet Potato Casserole, Mixed Vegetables and Upside-Down Raspberry Cake.
