Dietary Update

Residents at Montrose Health Center are in full swing of enjoying many “fresh and simmered in sunshine” meals this summer!  Fresh watermelon, strawberries and cool, crisp salads are very popular menu items currently!  We will also be having a picnic lunch this month to celebrate July being National Picnic month!  Hopefully, our weather will cooperate that day and we will be able to enjoy that picnic lunch on our beautiful front porch!  When we asked our residents what they would like to have at their picnic, the unanimous choice was grilled hot dogs, baked beans, potato salad, deviled eggs, and cold refreshing watermelon! So, watch for us picnicking out on the porch some day in July!
