Dietary Update
Happy Holidays from the Montrose Healthcare Dietary Department! I hope you all are staying nice and warm. We are here, with the help of our favorite crockpot hot chocolate. It is so delicious and easy to make. I will share the recipe below for you to try. We are currently planning our Christmas meal. This year for our Christmas meal we will be having Glazed Ham, Green Bean Casserole, Sweet Potato Casserole, Corn Casserole, Fresh Baked Bread, and Apple Pie A La Mode. For any family members that would like to join us for Christmas, you can. It cost $10. All you have to do is call us and let us know by 12/23. We would to see you!

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 6 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
- Stir together the whipping cream, milk, vanilla, and chocolate chips in a 5 quart crock pot (if doubling, use a 6-7 quart slow cooker/crock pot).
