Dietary Update

It’s watermelon festival time! The residents love this time of year. They love watching the parade and riding in the parade. They also love carnival food. Their favorites are funnel cakes and corn dogs. And we can’t forget about the watermelon. I thought it would be nice if the dietary staff would make a carnival food menu for them. We will have corndogs, potato salad and some watermelon. For dessert we will have funnel cake fries. They get to have a taste of all their favorites. It sounds amazing!
