RN/LPN- (Sign-on bonus)

We are currently interviewing for a full-time day shift LPN/RN.

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, our nurses are responsible for leading direct resident care, communicating with all healthcare providers and partners, coordinating and implementing nursing care as ordered by the physician and agreed to by the resident, and documenting those timely, accurately and comprehensively. Responsible for the provision of nursing services within the scope of his/her license and in compliance with current standards of practice and corporate and facility policies/procedures. Following the plan of care, and ensuring the overall health and well-being of the resident.
